Launch weekend
Northern yards launch in March and April and haul in the fall. Slip signs have to be on the dock before the first launch weekend. Merging the slip number and the current boat name breaks at the next sale.
Finish slip signs before launch. Order boat names separately.

Describe the installation location and whether the piece is decorative or intended to satisfy a particular marking requirement. Provide any applicable specification separately; a nameplate design does not establish registration compliance.
Distinguish an annual membership recognition from a life-membership honor. Use the club's approved title and dates, with a short dedication if the piece also thanks the member for a specific contribution.
Use the current site plan and have the marina verify every destination and route. A visitor map is separate from an approved emergency plan; supply any required safety content through the responsible operator.
Give the berth a stable location identity and the vessel its approved personal name, then decide which physical pieces should change when occupancy changes.
A maker-side layout guide with character counts and letter-height planning, plus a plain summary of the federal name and hailing port marking rules for documented vessels cited to 46 CFR Part 67, stating clearly that a Harbor Plaque Co decorative plaque is not a substitute for required markings.
Count complete two-sided direction-sign assemblies for the order, then maintain a separate face schedule for wording and orientation approval.
Keep fixed berth identity separate from boat names and temporary marina information. Approve the location, reading direction and mounting for each sign, then group the order by dock or vessel. Recognition awards and commemorative pieces need their own presentation schedule.
Prepare your delivery and receiving details. Available service and timing are reviewed for each order.
